The Red house, which is 82sq meters, is set on a 5,000sq meters plot of land, in a small complex of 5 houses in total, each one completely independent of the other. In front of the houses is a large 25 meters long infinity swimming pool, with 2 large pergolas (one is private to Yellow House), a large deck area for sunbathing and a fantastic sea and sunset view. The ideal swimming pool for those that want to do laps.The Red house is on two levels. The first floor, which is the main entrance, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats 4-5 people and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Leading off the living room is a large shaded veranda with a dining/seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to the ground level, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a panoramic sea view and balcony doors that lead on to a small terrace.
